When can I set up a time to tour an apartment?

The opportunity to tour the marketing center and model apartments by appointment is available every day. However, due to high demand we are unable to ensure unit availability so we encourage you to schedule an appointment ASAP! What are the different unit types and how are rental rates determined?

The unit types and rental rates are determined based on unit size and # of bedrooms and/or the inclusion of a den. To obtain further information please schedule an appointment to visit our marketing center and units as detailed above.

When will renovated apartments be available at the Pennbrook?

Renovations have been completed and units are available for move-in now. 

What is the duration of a lease at Pennbrook?

Pennbrook is now offering 6 month leases commencing January 1, 2010.

How do I get an apartment at Pennbrook?

The process is simple. Fill out an application (available for download here) and mail to Aquinas Pennbrook (per the instructions on the application), or bring with you on a scheduled appointment. We will promptly review your application and notify you if an apartment is available. Applications are processed on first-come, first-serve basis.

How can I be sure that I will get an apartment?

Apartment availability varies each year. Due to the high demand for the newly renovated Pennbrook, the earlier you apply the more likely you are to be accepted.

What about a laundry room?

Secure laundry facilities will be conveniently located on each residential floor.
